Course content
The curriculum consists of two content modules:
Content module 1. "Linear algebra. Introduction to mathematical analysis. Differential calculus of the function of one variable ", which discusses the basic concepts of analytical geometry and algebra, the basic theorem of algebra, methods for solving systems of linear equations, functions, limits of sequences and functions, basic theorems of differential calculus, and also the use of the derivative in the study of functions and construction of their graphs. Content module 2. "Differential calculus of functions of many variables. Integral calculus ", which considers methods for studying the functions of many variables, solving extremum problems, Lagrange multiplier method, least squares method, and also the basic methods of integration of functions and application of integrals in economy.

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. Points 60 / min. Points 36)
1. Survey and problem solving (RN 1.1-1.5; 2.1-2.2; 4.1-4.2) - 20 points / 12 points;
2. Modular control work (2 MCR, 20 points max. Each) (PH 1.1-1.5; 2.1-2.2; 4.1-4.2)
- 40 points / 24 points;
- final assessment in the form of an exam
A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she received less than 36 points during the semester.
If the student's grade on the exam is lower than the minimum threshold level (24 points), then
exam scores are not added to the semester grade (considered zero), and the final
the grade in the discipline is unsatisfactory.
There are 3 blocks of tasks for the exam:
Block 1 - theoretical issues;
Block 2 - test tasks;
Block 3 - calculation tasks
