PLO 08. Understand the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management and evaluate the effectiveness of decision-making using accounting and analytical information. PLO 13. To understand the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in modern economic conditions and demonstrate an understanding of their market positioning. PLO 15. Possess general scientific and special methods of research of socio-economic phenomena and economic processes at the enterprise. PLO 17. To be able to work both independently and in a team, to show leadership and responsibility in work, to adhere to ethical principles, to respect individual and cultural diversity.

1. Know the content of the main economic categories 2. Be able to prepare presentations in PP 3. Have the skills to perform calculations using spreadsheets.

Theoretical and applied aspects of business process development are studied. Methodological tools for organizing a system of business processes in an enterprise are analyzed. The following main topics are considered: a systematic approach to business processes of an enterprise as the basis of an effective enterprise, change management as a component of organizational development of an enterprise, process, project and functional approaches as a component of the enterprise management system, organizational structure of a systemic and non-systemic enterprise, basics of modeling and description of business processes in an enterprise, modern approaches to business process documentation, system of processes for developing the product life cycle.

1. Participation in seminars (PH 1; 1.2; 3; 4 (theoretical discussions, case studies, speeches, participation in didactic games) - ZO points / 17 points 2. Preparation of an abstract (PH 1; 1.2; 3) - 5 points / 3 points 3. Performing practical exercises (PH 1; 1.2; 3; 4) 15 points / b points 4. Development of a system of business processes for the selected enterprise (PH 1; 1.2; 3; 4) 5 points / G points 5. Control work (PH 1; 1.2; 3; 4 (topics 1-9). 15 points / 10 points 6.
