Learning outcomes
PL07. Know the mechanisms of functioning of the budget and tax systems of Ukraine and take into account their features in order to organize accounting, the choice of taxation system and the formation of reporting at enterprises. PL08. Understand the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management and evaluate the effectiveness of decision-making using accounting and analytical information. PL11. To determine the directions of increasing the efficiency of formation of financial resources, their distribution and control of the use at the level of enterprises of different organizational and legal forms of ownership.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the fundamental laws and categories of economic life of society; patterns of functioning of the national economy; basic principles of the mechanism of functioning of money in a market economy, their functions in society; statistical methods of information processing and analysis, methods of calculating basic socio-economic indicators.
2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the legal framework, public speeches.
Course content
Discipline reveals the need and essence of finance, patterns of development and functioning of the financial system in modern conditions; economic essence and role of state
finance, corporate finance, financial market and international finance. Special attention is devoted to the consideration of the budget system of Ukraine, the principles of its organization; tax policy and debt policy of the state; the level of financial security of Ukraine in the face of modern challenges.
