Learning outcomes
PL08. Understand the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management and evaluate the effectiveness of decision-making using accounting and analytical information. PL09. Identify and assess the risks of economic activity of enterprises. PL11. To determine the directions of increasing the efficiency of formation of financial resources, their distribution and control of the use at the level of enterprises of different organizational and legal forms of ownership.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the content of basic economic disciplines (economic theory, micro- and macroeconomics, statistics, etc.). 2. Be able to prepare presentations in RR 3. Have basic skills of public speaking, skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of data, work with the regulatory framework.
Course content
Theoretical and applied aspects of economic activity at the level of enterprises of all organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership are studied. Means and methods of decision-making at enterprises of different types and forms of ownership are revealed. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise as a business entity are considered. Voluntary and institutional associations of enterprises. Market environment for business management. Enterprise management. Functions, methods and basic types of organizational management structures. Structure and indicators of personnel movement. Productivity. The resource provision of the enterprise activity is revealed; valuation, classification and structure of fixed assets; efficiency of use of fixed assets of the enterprise; intangible resources and intangible assets of the enterprise.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Survey (PH 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) - 15 points / 9 points; 2. Testing (PH 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) - 15 points / 9 points; 3. Solving problems (PH 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) - 20 points / 12 points; 4. Independent work (PH 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2) - 10 points / 6 points. Final assessment The maximum score for the exam is 40 points, the limit score is 24 points. The exam is held in writing, consists of theoretical answers, tests, calculation tasks.
