PL01. Know and understand the economic categories, laws, causal and functional relationships that exist between processes and phenomena at different levels of economic systems. PL07. Know the mechanisms of functioning of the budget and tax systems of Ukraine and take into account their features in order to organize accounting, the choice of taxation system and the formation of reporting at enterprises. PL13. Understand the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in modern economic conditions and demonstrate an understanding of their market positioning. PL22. Understand and realize their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to realize the values ​​of a free democratic society, the rule of law, human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine.

Full-time form

Know the basics of jurisprudence; theoretical foundations or the discipline ‘’Economics’. Have basic skills in the perception and analysis of sources of law, including the ability to search, analyze, synthesize and process legal information

Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at students gaining theoretical knowledge and acquiring practical skills in legal regulation of economical relations, the legal basis of economical activity of economical entities, organization and management of economical activity

Teaching of this discipline is provided in the form of lectures, which also use visual methods, including demonstrations and illustrations (symbolically in the diagrams, the image of the concept that is covered or problems) and seminars. Communicative learning - the emphasis of this method is to enable students to develop the ability to justify their position on various legal issues on the subject of the course. These are oral discussions, solving cases, solving practical problems, tests, etc.

Assessment of all types of work performed during the semester (discussions, speeches, participation in discussions of problematic issues, additions, case studies, solving practical problems, tests (written tasks), independent written solution of individual creative tasks and its presentation, tests) during scheduled seminars. The practice of missed classes is done by the student's independent performance of tasks assigned by the teacher and which correspond to the theme of the missed lesson. Assessment of completed tasks takes place at a time determined for the teacher of the discipline of independent work with students.
