Learning outcomes
PL02. Understand the place and importance of accounting, analytical, control, tax and statistical systems in the information support of users of accounting and analytical information in solving problems in the field of social, economic and environmental responsibility of enterprises. PL19. Adhere to a healthy lifestyle, safety of life of employees and take measures to preserve the environment. PL22. Understand and realize their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to realize the values of a free democratic society, the rule of law, human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine. Prerequisites and co-requisites
Possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle.
Know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society
Be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities;
Have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematizing the materials needed for work, effective
organization of own educational activities.
Course content
The discipline is aimed at forming in students a set of knowledge and skills necessary for the correct application of the provisions of law governing the procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract, the basic provisions of the collective agreement, working hours, rest, labor protection, rationing and remuneration, labor discipline, responsibility of the parties to the employment contract, supervision and control over compliance with labor legislation, protection of labor rights.

Assessment methods and criteria
Types of current control are: oral examination, testing, tests on theoretical issues, which are covered in lectures and studied by students in independent work, solving problem situations in seminars, solving practical problems during independent work.
1. Oral interview, discussion - 20 points / 12 points; (PH 1.1-1.7,2.1,2.2)
3. Testing - 20 points / 12 points; (PH 1.1-1.7,2.1)
4. Modular test (2 MCR, 10 points each) -20 points / 12 points; (PH 1.1-1.7.4)
5. Independent work (2 written works, 5 points each) - 20 points 112 points; (PH 4)
6. Final test - 20 points / 12 points. (PH 1.1-1.7.4)
