Learning outcomes
PLO1. Know and use economic terminology, explain the basic concepts of micro- and macroeconomics PLO2. Demonstrate an understanding of the principles of economic science, the peculiarities of the functioning of economic systems PLO5. Explain the models of socio-economic phenomena, guided by the fundamental principles and knowledge of the main directions of economic science PLO8. Determine supply and demand in the labor market, analyze the structure of employment and unemployment PLO10. Be able to analyze the processes of state and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: basic concepts of economic theory, the basics of the mechanism of functioning and development of the national economy, the principles of state economic policy. 2. To have skills of formation of information base of researches of the macroeconomic environment, the organization of processing of statistical information and its analysis, use of modern information technologies, statistical tools of data visualization.
Course content
The discipline "Macroeconomic Statistics" contributes to mastering the methodology of analysis of the state and development of the economy of any country at the macro level through a system of indicators in the form of aggregates and statistical tools of macroanalysis.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of the discipline - the formation of systematic knowledge and practical skills of statistical analysis of socio-economic development of the country at the macro level, the laws of the national economy. The educational task of the discipline is to master the methodological principles of identifying patterns and trends in macroeconomics, establishing relationships between sectors of the system, assessing the proportions of reproduction and economic performance.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: (max. Points 60 / min. Points 36) 1. Survey, solving problems in laboratory classes, independent performance of laboratory exercises - 15 points / 9 points; 2. Two tests - each 10 points / 6 points 3. Execution of independent work - individual calculation and analytical work and presentation of results - 25 points / 15 points - final assessment in the form of an exam
