Learning outcomes
PLO 6. Possess the skills of searching and analyzing information from various sources and documents in order to effectively perform professional activities as a manager. PLO 9. Demonstrate knowledge of the peculiarities of the organization of managerial work, functional duties and managerial roles of a manager; principles and tasks of the scientific organization of managerial work. PLO 10. To be able to identify the types of distribution of managerial work and demonstrate the skills of organizing effective meetings. PLO 16. Analyze the efficiency of using working time and master modern methods of drawing up a personal plan. PLO 17. Demonstrate the ability to identify among the main elements of management culture those elements and areas of their improvement that can give the greatest effect.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the basics of economic theory, microeconomics, fundamentals of labor law, macroeconomics, management, organization management, enterprise economics, personnel management. 2. To have the skills of: analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, working with the regulatory and legal framework; use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
The subject, object, features of managerial work are revealed. The essence, tasks and directions of the scientific organization of managerial work are considered; distribution and cooperation of management work; rationing of managerial work. Peculiarities of the organization of the manager's workplace are studied; working conditions; processes of business organization. Factors affecting the effectiveness of organizing and holding meetings and business negotiations are studied; as well as factors influencing the formation of management culture and manager culture.

Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminar classes, independent work, consultations, performance of individual and team tasks, analysis of problem situations.

1. Oral survey, discussion (RN 1; 2.1; 3.1; 3.2; 4) – 10 points / 6 points; 2. Performance of creative-analytical and situational tasks (RN 2.1-2.3; 3.1; 3.2) – 20 points / 12 points; 3. Testing (RN 1; 2.1; 2.2) – 20 points / 12 points; 4. Modular control work (2 MKR, 10 points max. each) (RN 1; 2.1-2.3.1; 3.2; 4) – 20 points / 12 points; 5.
