Learning outcomes
PLO 3. Demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership.
PLO 10. Have the skills to justify effective tools to motivate the organization's staff.
PLO 13. Communicate orally and in writing in state and foreign languages.
PLO 19. Demonstrate skills of searching, formation, using and developing of the organization's human resourses.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses: “History of Management”, “Management”, “Management of Organizations”, “Organizational Design”, “Statistics for Economists”, “Enterprise Economics”.
2. Knowledge of theoretical bases of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law.
3. Be able to calculate the indicators that characterize the staffing of the enterprise; to process statistics, to analyze statistical information.
4. Basic skills in: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
Course content
The curriculum program consists of the following content modules:
1. Content module 1. "Human resources management", which is devoted to consideration of the essence and content of human resources management, human resources management principles, personnel accounting, personnel management theories, career development issues, staff motivation, etc.
2. Content module 2. "Professional and corporate ethics", which examines the essence of professional and corporate ethics, ethical aspects of professional training, career development, release and release of personnel.

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student’ assessment: (max. 100 points / min. 60 points)
1. Oral interview, discussion (LO 1.1. - 1.3; 2.1 – 2.6; 3.1) - 10 points / 6 points;
2. Cases and practical tasks (LO 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1-2.6; 3.1; 4.1 - 4.2) - 20 points / 12 points;
3. Testing (LO 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1-2.6; 3.1) - 20 points / 12 points;
4. Check tests (2 check tests, 10 points max. each) (LO 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1-2.6) - 20 points / 12 points;
5. Independent work (2 tests, 5 points max. each) (LO 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1-2.6; 3.1; 4.1 – 4.2) - 10 points / 6 points;
6. Final test (LO 1.1 - 1.3; 2.1-2.6; 4.1 - 4.2) - 20 points / 12 points.
