Learning outcomes
PLO 9. Demonstrate interaction, leadership, and teamwork skills.
PLO 14. Identify the causes of stress, adapt themselves and team members to the stressful situation, find means to neutralize it.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the basic academic disciplines of training specialists of the branch of knowledge "Management and Administration" educational level Bachelor, in particular: "Economic Theory" "Management", "Management of organizations", "Organizational Design", "Statistics for Economists", "Personnel Management, "Information Systems in Management" and others.
2. Knowledge of theoretical foundations of management, personnel management, sociology, general psychology.
Course content
The discipline consists of two content modules.
Content module 1 "Fundamentals of team building": The concept of teamwork: evolution, conceptual basis, group dynamics. Teams and team building. Organization of teamwork.
Content module 2 "Applied aspects of team management": Managing a team. Self-management of the team. Team development. Communication in the team. Collective problem solving and decision making. Effectiveness of teamwork.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, discussion, consideration of situational tasks, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Regular assessment: assessment is carried out during the semester of all types of work, such as: oral performance of practical tasks with elements of discussion during seminars; written performance of calculation and analytical, situational, test, creative individual tasks, essays; written control works; written performance, presentation and defense of group and individual independent tasks; pass-fail work. An integral part of the preparation of students for the control is the availability of lecture notes and attendance at seminars, as well as the timely performance of individual and independent work.
The final assessment is carried out in the form of a pass-fail assessment maximum score of 20 points ( boundary assessment 12 points).
