Learning outcomes
PLO 6. Identify skills of search, collection, and analysis of information, calculation of indicators to justify management decisions. PLO 8. Apply management methods to ensure the effectiveness of the organization. PLO9. Demonstrate skills of interaction, leadership, teamwork. PLO10. Have the skills to justify effective tools to motivate the staff of the organization. PLO 11. Demonstrate skills in situation analysis and implementation communication in various areas of the organization. PLO 13. Communicate orally and in writing in state and foreign languages. PLO 14. Identify the causes of stress, adapt yourself and team members to a stressful situation, find ways to neutralize it. PLO 17. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of courses: "History of Management", "Management", "Management of Organizations", "Organizational Design", "Statistics for Economists", "Business Economics". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, psychology, sociology, law. 3. Be able to calculate indicators that characterize the staffing of the enterprise; process statistical data, analyze statistical information. 4. Have basic skills: mathematical modeling, forecasting, using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
Course content
Content module 1. "Theoretical foundations of personnel management. Management technologies of personnel formation ". Personnel management as a sphere of professional activity. Personnel management service. Contents of personnel planning. Recruitment and selection technologies. Content module 2. "Management technologies of development and effective use of personnel". Personnel development tasks. Methods and forms of teaching. Stages and models of career realization. Criteria and methods of personnel evaluation. Regulation of staff release processes. Personnel management performance indicators.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, independent work, consultations, analysis of practical situations, performance of individual calculation tasks, training "Satisfaction of staff needs".
Assessment methods and criteria
Current assessment: (max. points 60 / min. points 36) 1. Survey and problem solving (LO 1.1-1.3 .; 2.1-2.5; 3.1-3.3; 4.1-4.2) - 40 points / 24 points; 2. Independent work - calculation and individual tasks (LO 1.1-1.3 .; 2.1-2.5; 3.1-3.3; 4.1-4.2) - 20 points / 12 points. Final assessment in the form of an exam.
