Learning outcomes
PLO1. Associate yourself as a member of civil society, the scientific community, recognize the rule of law, in particular in professional activities, understand and be able to exercise their rights and freedoms, show respect for the rights and freedoms of others, including team members. PLO14. Identify and plan opportunities for personal professional development. PLO16. Be able to use data, provide arguments, critically evaluate logic and draw conclusions from scientific and analytical texts on economics. PLO20. Developed English language proficiency at the level B1 of European language standard.
Course content
The program of the academic discipline consists of four content modules (CM) in the 1st and 2nd semesters: CM1 contains the topics devoted to intercultural English-speaking business communication; CМ2 is dedicated to communications during recruitment and evaluation of work results.; CМ3 considers the issue of communications in the workplace; CМ4 contains the peculiarities of conducting presentations and two content modules in the 3rd semester: Module 1. Developing business relationships within the company, between different companies and with the company's customers, Module 2. Making decisions and building successful international teams.

Students’ evaluation: (max. 100 points / min. 60 points) 1. Oral questioning, discussion (RN1; 2.1; 3.1; 4.1) – 20 points / 12 points; 2. Presentation of projects during the semester, their presentation and defense (RN1; 2; 4) – 20 points / 12 points; 3. Modular tests (2 tests, 10 points max. each) (RN 1; 2.1, 2.3; 4.3) – 20 points / 12 points.
