Learning outcomes
Demonstrate modern knowledge of geography to the required extent, scientific achievements of geography and trends in its development (PRN 01). To be able to integrate new scientific data into the content of the academic discipline in a timely manner, in the necessary volumes and forms (PRN 02). Know the requirements for the structure and content of the educational program disciplines (PRN 05). Know the types of educational activities, modern methods and technologies teaching, (PRN 09). Be able to select materials for studying individual topics/chapters educational discipline, determine the expediency of using various methods of scientific knowledge (observation, data collection and analysis, etc.) (PRN 10). To be able to use interdisciplinary connections, integration of content of various educational fields in the teaching of geography (PRN 11).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
For the successful completion of tasks practice students must successfully master knowledge of special professional oriented academic disciplines of the educational program; to be able to work with different sources of information; have skills in working with specialized software provision
Course content
Being one of the links of practical training for masters, assistant practice is designed to help students gain experience in scientific and pedagogical work and deepen it acquired professional skills and abilities for further practical activities in accordance with requirements of the Professional Standard for the group of professions "Teachers of higher education institutions". During practice, attention is paid, in particular, to deepening and consolidation of important professional competencies of the master of secondary education - skills and abilities to plan and conduct training sessions and ensure achievement planned learning outcomes, selecting and using modern and effective methods and technologies of education and upbringing, scientific methods of cognition, innovations; elaborate and, if necessary, update the programs of educational disciplines, educational and educational materials in accordance with the established requirements; adhere to the academic integrity, act professionally and tolerantly in various socio-economic and ethnocultural conditions.

Assessment methods and criteria
General students record the content of completed tasks in practice diaries, based on which written reports on practice are formed. Practice report prepared under established requirements, must demonstrate the knowledge and skills of the student and reveal the essence of the results of completed practice tasks. It is expected that all the tasks provided by the internship program will be done by the students perform independently. On the last day of practice, students hand over the report documentation to the manager/supervisors practices for verification and visa. In case of non-compliance with the established requirements regarding content and design of reporting documentation, it is returned for revision. In general, the results of students' activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale (grade calculated as accumulated).
