Learning outcomes
To know methodological approaches to the procedures of preparation and decision-making of an organizational and management nature, the order of behavior in non-standard situations, to know the methodology of system analysis for the systematic study of deterministic and stochastic models of objects and processes, the design and operation of information systems, products, services, to be able to analyze strong and weaknesses of the decision, weigh and analyze the possibilities and risks of the decisions made, evaluate the effectiveness of the decisions made, be able to describe the subject area, apply the principles of a system approach to modeling and designing systems and informatization objects, carry out a system analysis of business processes of management systems, reveal uncertainties and analyze multifactorial risks; the ability to bear responsibility for decisions made, including in non-standard situations, to defend one's decisions.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the disciplines "Linear algebra and analytical geometry", "Mathematical analysis", "Probability theory and mathematical statistics".
Course content
The discipline covers the study of the principles of a systematic approach to decision-making, as well as mathematical models and decision-making methods, to find the most optimal possible solutions for the analyzed situations, taking into account the specifics of the available information regarding the expected result and benefits of the person making the decision.

Assessment methods and criteria
The condition for receiving a positive final grade for a discipline is to achieve at least 60% of the maximum possible number of points - 60 points. The final number of points from the discipline (maximum 100 points) is determined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account two modular control papers and the defense of 8 laboratory papers. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student on the exam is 40 points. To receive a positive final grade, a student must obtain at least 24 points (60% of the maximum possible number of points) on the exam. The student is admitted to the exam on the condition that during the semester he successfully completes 2 control papers and all laboratory works provided for in the plan, which in the end must be at least the recommended minimum of 36 points (60% of the maximum possible number of points that the student can receive for work in the semester).
