Use methods of collecting information in the fields of geodesy and land management and geosciences, their systematization and classification in accordance with the design or production task. Have the design of thematic GIS to ensure their functioning as part of information systems for various purposes and territorial coverage.

Full-time form

In order to better master the educational material of the discipline, students must acquire basic knowledge of theoretical foundations in professional disciplines in the specialty 193 "Geodesy and Land Management" educational program "Geographic Information Systems and Technologies".

The specialization research workshop is focused on the acquisition by masters of practical skills and abilities in the specialty 193 "Geodesy and Land Management" educational program "Geographic Information Systems and Technologies" for their professional development and research activities. The main attention is paid to the study of land resources of Ukraine in order to solve both applied and fundamental research problems.

The control is carried out according to the modular rating system and involves the performance of practical work. The final assessment is conducted in the form of a written test.
