Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
The control is carried out according to the modular rating system. During the semester there are 6 practical works (where students must demonstrate the quality of acquired knowledge and solve problems using the methods and tools outlined by the teacher), conducting 2 written modular tests. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. A student is not allowed to take the final grade if he / she scored less than 36 points during the semester. During the exam the student answers three theoretical questions. The maximum score on the exam is 40 points, the threshold score is 24 points. Final assessment in the form of an exam is mandatory. The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale.
