Learning outcomes
1. Use oral and written the technical Ukrainian language and communicate in a foreign language (English) among specialists in geodesy and land management. 2. Know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, compiling and updating maps, remote sensing of the Earth and photogrammetry, land management, real estate valuation and land cadastre.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, the National Property Appraisal Standards, methods and other normative acts that establish the procedure for conducting real estate appraisals, the composition and content of technical documentation and reports, requirements for them, their order implementation. 2. Be able to work with the normative and source base in information and search systems, correctly apply the provisions of normative legal acts, justify one's own position with reference to the normative base and draw conclusions, independently solve practical situations in the field of real estate evaluation, geodesy, land management and cadastre. 3. Possess skills: interpretation of legal norms, development of various documentation related to the assessment of real estate, land plots, work with information bases of geodetic data, use a public cadastral map.
Course content
When studying disciplines, they are revealed according to the principle of systematic analysis of knowledge on the theoretical and legal basis of real estate valuation and the implementation of professional evaluation activity, about evaluation principles, legislative regulation of development and approval of technical documentation on land management and assessment of land, methods and means the use of information bases in the assessment of land management and state regulation in this area.
