Prerequisites and co-requisites
In order to better master the educational material of the discipline, students must master the knowledge of the basics of topography, geodesy, soil science and geographic information systems.
Course content
Discipline "Fundamentals of Cadastre" allows you to master theoretical knowledge and practical skills in cadastre, knowledge of the powers of public authorities and local governments in the regulation of land relations, the procedure for maintaining land cadastral documentation, features of preparation of documents for land allocation ownership, lease or permanent use; knowledge of the basic provisions of the Land Code of Ukraine and other regulations in resolving the redistribution of land, compliance with the legal regime of land.

Assessment methods and criteria
The control is carried out according to the modular rating system and involves: performing 12 practical works (where students must demonstrate the quality of acquired knowledge and solve problems using the methods and tools outlined by the teacher) and conducting 1 written modular test. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam.
