Use of mathematical processing methods for geological, hydrogeological and geodetic research. Application of models, methods and data from physics, chemistry, ecology, mathematics, geology, hydrogeology, etc. in the study of natural processes of formation and development of the Earth. Project development, mapping and data preparation using computer technologies, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry. Processing of measurement results using geoinformation technologies and computer programs. Mastering the methods of organization of topographic-geodetic and land management production from field measurements to management and implementation of topographic and land management products based on the use of knowledge of the basics of legislation and production management. Ability to use modeling technologies and presentation of the model in a mathematical form.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
In order to better master the educational material of the discipline, the student must have knowledge of linear algebra, mathematical programming, probability theory, and mathematical statistics; skills in working with a personal computer, have an initial level of programming knowledge.
Course content
The program of the academic discipline shows the complexity and effectiveness of knowledge of the main trends in the development of systems. The possibilities of a systematic approach in scientific research, engineering and management activities, in any sphere of social life are demonstrated. Information is provided about the ideology of system analysis and research, the use of which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of professional activity.
