PR01. Collect, process and analyze information in the field of natural sciences (physics, astronomy, chemistry, biology). PR 05. Be able to conduct field and laboratory research, organize their results. PR 08. Apply models, methods and data of physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, mathematics, information technologies, etc. when studying natural processes of formation and development of geospheres. PR13. Apply international sources of information on the development of natural and technical sciences, medicine, and international experience in environmental monitoring, work in an international context.

1. Know - basic knowledge of the school course "Biology". 2. Be able to work with educational literature. 3. Have basic pencil drawing skills.

The educational discipline "Zoology" is a basic discipline that forms a comprehensive understanding of the origin, evolution of animal world, the diversity of animals on the planet, their physiological features, adaptation to the conditions of existence, about the role of the animal world in nature and human life. Zoology is closely related to human production activities, development, reconstruction and protection of the Earth's animal world. The program of the academic discipline consists of the following content modules: 1. Protists and invertebrate multicellular animals. 2. Chordate animals.

The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester assessment is 60 points / 36 points. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student in the exam is 40 points / 24 points.
