Learning outcomes
PRN 12. To know age psychology, pedagogy and andragogy in
the necessary volume
PRN 13. Know the individual characteristics of education seekers (age,
abilities, interests, needs, motivation, opportunities, experience, etc.),
their influence on the learning of educational material and to be able to
to organize the process of education and upbringing taking them into account
PRN 14. To be able to organize individual and group work
using methods and methods that will allow to develop
abilities, taking into account psychological and educational features
needs of education seekers

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the specificity of childhood and its cultural and historical relevance; classification of methods of age psychology; historical development of the main ideas of age psychology; content and specificity of human ontogenetic development.
Be able to: navigate the variety of theories of age psychology as a scientific discipline; develop the design of experiments and empirical studies on the problems of mental development in ontogeny; determine the causes of difficulties in school education; determine the expediency of using techniques and methods of one or another methodological paradigm of psychological science when working with a problem child.
Course content
to form in students a holistic idea of the patterns of mental development of a person in ontogenesis and psychological features of childhood, which will become the basis for their further professional activities in high school.
