Learning outcomes
PLO1. To apply specialised conceptual knowledge, including modern scientific achievements, critical understanding of problems in the field of tourism and recreation and on the border of knowledge fields. PLO2. Apply specialised problem-solving skills necessary for research and innovation activities to develop new knowledge and procedures in the field of tourism and recreation. PLO10. To make effective decisions in the field of tourism and recreation to address a wide range of issues, including safety and quality of tourism services. PLO12. Analyse, formulate and implement national and regional tourism policy, improve mechanisms for managing tourist destinations at the national, regional and local levels.

1. Successful completion of the compulsory components of the Tourism programme of the 1st and 2nd semester.
Course content
The discipline ‘Crisis Management in Tourism’ reveals the characteristics and essential models of risk and crisis management in tourism; develops the skills and abilities of benchmarking analysis of international practices of anti-crisis management in tourism in the context of modern challenges of tourism development (including tourism recovery) in Ukraine.
