Learning outcomes
PLO7.Organise cooperation with with stakeholders, form mechanisms of of interaction between the subjects of the tourism market with taking into account the aspects of of social and ethical responsibility. PLO10. Make effective decisions in the in the field of tourism and recreation to addressing a wide range of problems, in particular safety and quality of tourist of tourist services. PDO14. Plan and teach special disciplines in higher education institutions, develop their methodological to develop their methodological support.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of theoretical foundations of quality management of tourist services/quality management of tourist services, psychology and sociology of tourism, project management in tourism and recreation, sustainable tourism Management/ sustainable tourism management. 2. Ability to master modern marketing and analytical methods and methods of working with modern databases and models in tourism. 3. Possession of basic approaches to the use of quantitative and qualitative methods in the organisation of models of professional and corporate ethics in tourism.
Course content
The discipline "Professional and Corporate Ethics" is focused on studying the features, acquiring skills and abilities in the tourism and and recreation, which are generally accepted production and technological standards and rules of communication in the business environment of various industry entities hospitality industry. It provides for the development and management of production and technological and social algorithms of business professional communication, mastering methods and tools for planning and organising professional activities in business entities in the tourism industry.
