PO05. Be able to identify, formulate and solve scientific and applied problems, to carry out critical evaluation of decisions. PLO11. Assess possible risks, socio-economic, geo-ecological, political and geopolitical consequences of the implementation of management decisions in the field of environmental management, urban and regional development, recreation and tourism, geospatial management of territorial and political systems and regional development. PLO13. To carry out scientific and pedagogical activities in higher education institutions, to develop necessary for this purpose educational and methodological and and information support necessary for this.

Course content
The discipline is devoted to studying the principles, methods and means of improving the rating of higher education institutions on the basis of by improving their substantive work, teaching quality, constant adaptation to the changing needs of society, and planning projects to the changing demands of society, and planning projects to cover of the university's advantages from the point of view of the media.

Assessment methods and criteria
Classes are held in the form of lectures and seminars. The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of seminars classes, surveys and independent work (essays, abstracts, individual project, etc.) The course ends with an exam. The proportion of learning outcomes in the final grade, provided that it is the following is the proportion of learning outcomes in the final grade: learning outcome 1 (knowledge) - up to 20%; learning outcomes - 2 (skills) - up to 40%; learning outcomes - 3 (communication) - up to 10%; learning outcomes - 4 (autonomy and responsibility) - up to 30%.
