To know: The system of planning the development of territorial communities; the methodology of modeling and constructing the system for planning territorial community development; the legislative and regulatory framework for the planning system of territorial communities; the types of documents within the territorial community planning system. To be able to: Master the methods and techniques for developing territorial planning documents; determine the economic and social effectiveness of territorial community development planning; possess skills in applying methods of socio-geographical analysis of processes and phenomena, using software and development schemes for territorial planning.

Distance form

to know the theoretical foundations of human geography, theories, and concepts of spatial development of society; to be able to master the skills of analyzing spatial development and its planning.

The essence of territorial community development planning is revealed, including its socio-geographical foundations. The concept of modeling and designing spatial development of the territory, as well as the planning organization of the territory, is explored. An overview of the legislative and regulatory framework for territorial community development planning is conducted, including instructions on the composition, procedure for the development, approval, and endorsement of planning documents. The types of project documentation for the planning of territorial community development are also discussed.

Lecture, practical work, independent work

Semester assessment: The number of points a student receives during the semester is the sum of the points earned from evaluating practical work, completing and defending creative tasks, and completing thematic control tasks. Practical work is assessed upon completion, according to the schedule of their conduct. Thematic control tasks are carried out in the form of written assignments.
