PLO 1. Use the technical Ukrainian language orally and in writing and be able to communicate in a foreign language (English) in the circle of specialists in geodesy and land management PLO 3. Know the regulatory and legal principles of ensuring rational use, protection, accounting and assessment of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate objects and restrictions on their use PLO 8. Develop projects of land management, land management and cadastral documentation and land valuation documentation, draw up maps and prepare cadastral data using computer technologies, geographic information systems and digital photogrammetry PLO 12. The ability to realize one's rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to be aware of the values of a civil (free democratic) society and the need for its progressive development, rule of law, rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine

Full-time form

1. Knowledge of the characteristics of lands thanks to the assimilation of such disciplines as land resource management, land management. 2. Knowledge of regulatory and legal principles, thanks to mastering such disciplines as land law, history of land relations and cadastre. 3. Possession of skills in drawing up an agrotechnical passport of a land plot that will be put up for land auctions and topographical and thematic deciphering of pictures of land plots.

The purpose of the discipline is the formation of basic knowledge of the theory and practice of the functioning of the land market, in particular the circulation of agricultural land, alienation of land of various forms of ownership through auctions or rights to them, evaluation of both land and real estate objects, and to promote the dissemination of knowledge in professional land management activities .

Forms of student assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of practical, independent, modular control works and the exam. Final evaluation: in the form of an exam: - the final grade from the educational component, the final form of control of which is the exam, is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed study results 60 points and the exam 40 points. Scores below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final score. - it is mandatory to get a positive final grade (60 points and above) to complete all practical work and modular control work.
