Learning outcomes
PLO 2. To know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, mapping and updating, remote sensing and photogrammetry, land management, real estate valuation and land cadastre; PLO 4. Apply methods and technologies for the creation of state geodetic networks and special engineering geodetic networks, topographic surveys, topographic and geodetic measurements for the survey, design, construction and operation of engineering structures, public, industrial and agricultural complexes using modern ground and aerospace methods; PLO 7. To use methods and technologies of land management design, territorial and economic land management, planning of land use and protection, cadastral surveys and maintenance of the state land cadastre.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of the course "Cadastre", "Digital Cadastre", "GIS in cadastral systems and municipal GIS", "National geospatial data infrastructure". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of land management and cadastre, types of land management works (survey, survey, topographic and geodetic, cartographic, design and design and survey) performed for the purpose of preparing land management documentation 3. Possess basic skills in geographic information mapping.
Course content
The article examines the main stages of land management documentation processing and filling of the unified geoinformation cadastral database of our country in the context of the following main issues: the procedure for maintaining the State Land Cadastre; entering information into the Land Book; the main stages in the process of registration of a land plot for which a state certificate of ownership has been issued but which does not have a cadastral number; documentation templates and their filling; ensuring the functioning of the State Land Management Documentation Fund; formation of the State Land Management Documentation Fund; formation of the State Land Management Documentation Fund;

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical work, consultations, exam.
Assessment methods and criteria
The course includes one substantive learning module. Classes are held in the form of lectures, practical classes and independent homework. The course ends with an exam (in the 1st semester). During the semester, after completion of the relevant topics, thematic written tests are conducted. To determine the level of achievement of learning outcomes, students demonstrate the results of practical work, their independent work and acquired skills during practical classes. For students who have not reached the minimum grade level (60% of the maximum possible number of points) during the semester, a final test is conducted, the maximum grade for which may not exceed 40% of the final grade (up to 40 points on a 100-point scale). The condition for obtaining a positive final grade in the discipline is to achieve at least 60% of the maximum possible number of points.
