Learning outcomes
PLO 2. To know the theoretical foundations of geodesy, higher and engineering geodesy, topographic and thematic mapping, mapping and updating, remote sensing and photogrammetry, land management, real estate valuation and land cadastre; PLO 3. To know the regulatory and legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and valuation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land plots, other real estate and restrictions on their use; PLO 4. Apply methods and technologies for the creation of state geodetic networks and special engineering geodetic networks, topographic surveys, topographic and geodetic measurements for the survey, design, construction and operation of engineering structures, public, industrial and agricultural complexes using modern ground and aerospace methods;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: methods of scientific knowledge, engineering, technical, economic and legal justification of the organization of territories of administrative-territorial entities, land ownership and land use, conducting land surveys for this purpose, drawing up schemes and projects of land management; Be able to: apply research methods, use various techniques and methods of organizing the territory and forming the legal regime of land use, creating a favorable environment and improving natural landscapes, developing systems of measures to preserve, restore and improve soil fertility, prevent land degradation from negative phenomena, predict possible directions of their future development for the benefit of society and the state of Ukraine; Possess: elementary skills of generalization of knowledge and skills acquired during training and, in particular, in the process of mastering the basic provisions of the compulsory comprehensive discipline "Land management surveys and projects".
Course content
The subject of study of the discipline is the knowledge gained as a result of cognition and reflection in the mind of a specialist of the objects of research conducted to study the laws of organization of land use as a certain territory, a content and spatially defined natural resource, the main means of social production aimed at accelerating the growth of labor productivity on the basis of scientific and technological progress and rational use of land, labor and financial resources, professional and environmental protection.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Classes are held in the form of lectures, practical work and the organization of independent work. Practical work and independent work assignments and a module test are conducted after reviewing the relevant topics. The course ends in the first semester with an exam.
Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum grade for the exam may not exceed 40% of the final grade (up to 40 points on a 100-point scale). The condition for obtaining a positive final grade in the discipline is to achieve at least 60% of the maximum possible number of points for training, the grade for learning outcomes provided for in paragraph 2 may not be less than 50% of the maximum level (at least 24 and 13 points, respectively).
