Know: peculiarities of the GIS structure as a database for storing geospatial objects; the main components of the modern urban cadastre; behavioral elements of the cadastral geodatabase Be able to: create and fill the geodatabase of the urban cadastre; carry out an assessment of land resources for the purpose of taxation; carry out zoning of the territory of populated areas of Ukraine demonstrate the ability to use information and communication technologies

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the disciplines of the "Landscape and Cadastre" educational program at the bachelor's level of education and the disciplines "Cadastral Administration", "Urban Planning Cadastre", "Geoinformation Analysis and Modeling". 2. Know the theoretical and practical basics of building and managing databases and geoinformatics. 3. Have the skills to work in the software environment of the geographic information system.
Course content
The discipline is dedicated to the study of the process of creating a working environment of a geoinformation system for working out the concepts of municipal management, understanding and tracking the development of existing work (emergency) situations, monitoring the implementation of given orders and prescriptions, forecasting possible situational states of the urbanized territory. The process of computer inventory of real estate is separately highlighted on the example of creating a geospatial database of the urban cadastre. The tasks and features of the urban planning cadastre as a geospatial data base that combines information from various spheres of urban planning activity are considered. The geoinformation system is considered as a convenient tool for creating and maintaining the relevance of urban cadastre data due to the presence of two components: metric and attributive.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment is carried out during the semester based on the results of practical work (three assessments) and a control test after completing the tasks of the first content module and a final test at the end of the course. The total grade for the discipline is derived by summing the points obtained during the semester and during the exam.
