Course content
The goal of the discipline is to master modern methods, skills, abilities and ways of organizing the work of a teacher of a higher school, to form professional skills and abilities in them based on the knowledge obtained at the University for making independent decisions while working in specific conditions, to be conducted by student assistants of various types educational classes in higher education institutions (seminars, practical, laboratory). The base for practice is the Department of Hydrology and Hydroecology of the Faculty of Geography of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
During the internship, students complete the internship program and an individual assignment. The form of the student's report on the internship is written report. The written report is submitted for review to the scientific head of practice from the department. The report should contain information on the student's performance of all sections of the practice program and individual assignment, a list of used literature, etc. A report is drawn up according to the requirements established by the internship program.
Assessment methods and criteria
The results of students' educational activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. For students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 40 points, they submit essays, which are evaluated at 5 points, to receive additional points. The recommended minimum for admission to the test is 60 points.
