The structure of the discipline consists of two parts. The first part is dedicated to the study of general orographic, morphological and morphometric features of the earth's surface, the factors and conditions of their formation, features of morphostructure and morphosculpture, the spectrum of modern exogenous processes. The second part is regional in its content and is devoted to a detailed analysis of the geological structure and geomorphological features of the largest orographic units of the territory.
