Course content
The content of the discipline reveals the theoretical, regulatory foundations, history and modern realities of the formation of land relations in Ukraine, in particular, guarantees of the realization of ownership rights to land plots, obligations of landowners, land categories and their functional purpose, the basics of territorial community land management and the basics of land resource management. This educational discipline is a mandatory component of the comprehensive preparation of the educational program "Soil Science, Land Resources Management and Territorial Planning", field of knowledge 10 Natural Sciences, specialty 103 Earth Sciences.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
Surveys in test, oral and written form, evaluation of practical work, MKR, consultations, credit. The final assessment in the form of credit is conducted in writing. The maximum number of points on the test is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to semester points is 24 points. The recommended minimum for admission is 36 points. For students who scored a total of less than 36 points (recommended minimum), writing essays on missed or insufficiently mastered topics is a mandatory condition for admission to the exam.
