Course content
The content of the discipline reveals the theoretical, regulatory framework, history and current realities formation of land relations in Ukraine, in particular, guarantees of realization of property rights to land plots, responsibilities of landowners, categories of land and their functional purpose, the basics of land management of a territorial community and the basics of land management. This discipline is a mandatory component of the comprehensive training of the educational program "Soil Science, Land Management and Territorial Planning", field of knowledge 10 Natural Sciences, specialty 103 Earth Sciences.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, practical lesson, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
Test and written examinations, defense of practical works, control test examinations. The maximum number of credit points is 40 points, the minimum number of points to be added to semester credits is 24 points. Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points, are not allowed to take the test. The recommended minimum for admission is 36 points.
