Learning outcomes
The learning outcomes are aimed at forming in students a professional perception of the unity of society and nature, their mutual influences, which are expressed in the specifics of farming in the conditions of plain and mountainous areas. They consist in forming skills in field methods of collecting data on the resource, demographic, and economic potential of the area of ​​practice, studying the problems of socio-economic development of the territory and learning to find ways to solve them.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful completion of the courses "Introduction to University Studies", "Human Geography", "Geography of Population and Settlement"; "Relief and Geological Structure Research", "Biogeographic and Soil Research", 2) successful completion of training practices in "Fundamentals of Field Economic and Geographical Research" and "Methods of Obtaining Geographic Information"; 3) mastery of field geographical research methods; 3) skills in working with cartographic materials.
Course content
Educational professionally oriented practice is a component of the educational and professional program "Economic Geography", training specialists at the educational level "Bachelor" in the field of knowledge 10 Natural Sciences in the specialty 106 Geography. The first (preparatory) part takes place in Kyiv, on the basis of the Faculty of Geography of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During this period, preliminary processing of the available educational and methodological literature and work with statistical and reference sources is carried out. Also, the preparatory stage involves conducting briefings on organizing life in field conditions and following routes and conducting observations. The place of the second part of the practice is the educational and scientific base "Yasinya" of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the village of Chorna Tysa, Rakhiv district, Transcarpathian region. The field (Carpathian mountain) part of the practice involves students practicing the skills of conducting field research, mastering methods of collecting primary data and interpreting them based on conducting desk work and preparing a report.

Assessment methods and criteria
The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of completing the field part of the practice, completing practical tasks, taking a survey and participating in office work, in particular in the preparation, preparation and defense of the final report (differentiated assessment). The specific weight of learning outcomes in the final assessment, provided that they are mastered at the appropriate level, is as follows: learning outcomes – 1.1 – 1.10 (knowledge) – up to 5% for each; learning outcomes – 2.1. -2.5 (skills) - up to 5%; learning outcomes – 3 (communication) - up to 15%; learning outcomes – 4 (autonomy and responsibility) - up to 10%. The assessment of work is carried out on the basis of passing an intermediate assessment at the end of the preparatory stage in Kyiv, as well as during the field stage on the basis of the defense of reports (in teams).
