Successful mastery of courses of socio-economic disciplines in the 1-2 course. Successful mastery of general courses in meteorology.
Course content
the discipline "Fundamentals of scientific research" is a component of the educational and professional training program for specialists at the educational and qualification level "Bachelor" in the specialty "Earth Sciences" of the OP "Meteorology". The discipline "Fundamentals of of Scientific Research" should provide scientific training for future meteorologists, which is necessary for the formation of professional skills and abilities of in-depth study of scientific processes for practical application in further professional activities. The subject of this discipline is the methodology of scientific research and the methodology of approaches to solving specific problems of science on the basis of general scientific and empirical scientific methods. Students should master the basics of scientific analysis of phenomena and processes, master the skills of working with scientific sources, taking into account the specifics of hydrometeorological information, and master the methodology of conducting basic scientific research in the field of hydrometeorology, meteorology and climatology.
