PLO05. Be able to conduct field and laboratory research of processes in the atmosphere and other geospheres. PLO06. Identify the main characteristics, processes, history and composition of the Earth as a planetary and its geospheres. PLO12. To know and apply theories, paradigms, concepts and principles in the Earth sciences in accordance with the specialization.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) Study of disciplines "General Earth Science", "General and historical geology" 2) Ability to analyze the relief on topographic maps, understand the relationship geomorphological and climatic, hydrological processes, to assess the current environmental situation on different information sections, identify the main environmental problems and conflicts of nature use. 3) possession of skills in analyzing cartographic materials and map construction.
Course content
The content of the discipline reveals theoretical and applied issues of modern geomorphology and paleogeography. The structure of the discipline involves the study of relief as a result of interaction of endogenous and exogenous processes during the evolution of the Earth and the interaction of its shells. Considerable attention is paid to modern hazardous processes and their research different areas of applied geomorphology.
