Course content
Evolutionary development of land relations; development of land relations, land management and cadastre since ancient times; regulation of land relations and land management until the 19th century, the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century; formation of land relations, land management and cadastre in Soviet Ukraine; regularities and changes in forms of land ownership and land use in different historical periods; historical development of land and cadastral works on the territory of Ukraine; the main principles of reforming land relations in Ukraine since 1991; overview of directions of development of land relations, land management and cadastre in other countries of the world; the role of the state in the development of land management and cadastre.

Assessment methods and criteria
The final grade from the educational component, the final form of control of which is the exam, is defined as the sum of grades (points) for all successfully assessed learning outcomes of 60 points and the exam of 40 points. Scores below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final score.
In order to receive a high rating score, the student must fulfill a certain number of conditions, namely: attending classes (lecture and practical, seminars); participation in practical and seminar classes; completion of final tests and practical tasks according to meaningful modules. Practical and modular tests, which are submitted in violation of deadlines without good reason, are evaluated at a lower mark (75% of the possible maximum number of points).
