Learning outcomes
05. To offer and organize ecological-biological and technological measures of creation and maintenance of objects of garden and park economy, natural and cultural landscapes.
10. Develop projects for landscaping, gardening and landscape architecture; to develop projects of restoration and reconstruction of objects of gardening, cultural heritage; to design winter gardens in the interiors of office and residential buildings, landscaping of roofs, greenhouses and hothouses
12. Create landscaping facilities for various purposes and select a set of works for the care of plants in plantations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Plant Biology", "Vegetation of the globe", "Plant Physiology", "Dendrology", "Forest Taxation", "Forest Management", "Forestry".
2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of dendrology, plant physiology, forest taxonomy, etc. disciplines, perform practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature.
3. Have basic skills in working with herbarium materials and equipment used in biological and biotechnological laboratories.
Course content
The discipline is a basic discipline related to the latest innovations in landscape design of urban areas. Its place in the system of other disciplines is most consistent with the acquisition of the necessary skills by students majoring in "Horticulture", which is designed to equip students with specific knowledge about ways of effective and rational aesthetic and environmental optimization.
