Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the trends of human relations, its economic activity with nature, the current environmental situation in Ukraine and the world and the dynamics of their change, the causes of the global environmental crisis, the main sources of pollution, basic research methods of environmental factors, patterns, categories and concepts of environmental pollution and the principles of estimating its scale, the principles of organizing the technological process to minimize emissions, the principles of building environmentally friendly production schemes.
Be able to plan and organize technological processes taking into account environmental protection, organize and control the implementation of environmental measures in production, use in practice modern methods of monitoring the assessment of the impact of harmful industries on the environment, solve environmental problems, create environmentally friendly technologies.
Course content
The discipline "Engineering Ecology" - a comprehensive discipline that studies the interaction of industrial production with the environment - the environment, is a system of scientifically sound engineering measures aimed at preserving the quality of the environment in the growing anthropogenic load from industrial facilities.

The total number of points in the discipline (maximum 100
