PR03. Understand basic concepts, theoretical and practical problems in the field of natural sciences, needed for analysis and decision making in the field of ecology, environmental protection and optimal nature management. PR13. Be able to form effective communication strategies to convey ideas, problems, decisions and own experience in the field of ecology. PR14. Be able to communicate the results of activities to professional audience and the general public, do presentations and messages. PR21. Be able to choose the best methods and tools for conducting research, data collection and processing.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Pre-master the courses "Animal Ecology", "Biology", "General Ecology" and neoecology) ", as well as training in animal ecology. 2. Orient in the basic ecological methods that form the basis for the study of ethological characteristics of different taxonomic and social groups of animals. 3. Be able to organize animal research in laboratory and natural conditions
Course content
The course is devoted to the study of ethological features of different groups animals during individual development and behavioral traits formed during phylogeny. Analyzes how animal behavior can affect their survival and ability to leave descendants. Considers the social behavior of animals and different options for their biocommunication.
