Course content
The course is devoted to the study of the principles of modern physicochemical research methods and features of their application in the analysis of biological macromolecules and interactions between them. Possibilities and limitations of the basic physical and chemical methods, principles of a choice of a method concerning the purpose of research are shown. Covers methods that can be used in conducting research in related sciences and in interdisciplinary projects, and which require in-depth knowledge of the discipline. Particular attention is paid to modern physico-chemical methods used in the diagnosis and prognosis of genetic diseases in medical practice in Ukraine and around the world.
