Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Mastering the rules on which the principles of modern organization are based biotechnology laboratories. 2. Knowledge of the basic principles of basic biological methods. 3. Ability to use specialized laboratory equipment and / or reagents for experimental research in the field of biotechnology in order to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. 4. To have basic skills of targeted use of laboratory equipment and / or reagents, planning and conducting experimental research in a particular field of biology in order to solve a specific scientific and practical problem.
Course content
The discipline is a free choice of the student (choice of blocks) covers the organization of modern biotechnology laboratories, designed to outline the range of methods and techniques of research conducted in the biotechnology field to solve specific scientific and practical problems, and which can be used in research in related sciences. within interdisciplinary projects, and which require in-depth knowledge of the discipline. The course is designed to summarize the student's understanding of the basic principles of working with biological objects of different levels of organization (from individual molecules to entire organisms and their populations), as well as provide students with skills in planning and conducting experimental work using different methods and techniques specific scientific and practical task.
