Course content
The discipline "Cell Culture" is a basic discipline that covers issues of cell biology, the mechanisms of functioning of a single cell in a population of genetically identical cells, studies the patterns of regulation of cell division, differentiation and death. The course considers the peculiarities of nutrition and conditions of cultivation of eukaryotic cells and tissues in vitro. The acquired knowledge can be used in biochemical, pharmacological, medical research with the involvement of modern principles of cell technology.
