Course content
The discipline "Flower taxonomy" is a basic botanical discipline related to the taxonomy and taxonomy of flowers. Its place in the system of other biological disciplines is consistent with the concept of diversity of angiosperms in general as a material for diverse biological research and taxonomic diversity of flowering plants in particular. The course covers issues of taxonomy of flowering plants. principles of their classification and identification, acquaints with modern issues of their taxonomy, diagnostic features of software taxa, classical and modern views on the origin and phylogenetic relationships between taxa of flowering plants and aims to acquire the ability to identify taxa of different ranks. The teaching of this discipline is aimed at theoretical mastering by students of taxonomy and taxonomy of flowers. The subject of study of the discipline is the taxonomic diversity of flowering plants.
