Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "General Cytology", "Molecular Biology", "Higher Mathematics", "Biochemistry", "Biotechnology", "Structure and functions of nucleic acids".
2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of general cytology, molecular biology, higher mathematics, biochemistry, biotechnology, structure and - functions of nucleic acids to solve practical problems in bioinformatics; work with scientific and methodological literature.
Course content
The subject of the discipline "Bioinformatics" are methods of preservation, detection, analysis, interpretation and
the use of patterns in the sequences of biomolecular systems.
