Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: 1.1 defining trends in the development of ethnopolitical theory and practice in global dimension; 1.2 main processes, events, phenomena that took place in the Ukrainian lands during the main stages of national history, their conditionality, causal context; 1.3 the course of state-building processes in the Ukrainian lands in the historical retrospective; 1.4 features of interethnic relations in Ukraine in different historical periods. 2. Be able to: 2.1 have a general idea of ​​the concept of "ethnopolitics" and the evolution of the world ethnopolitical thought; 2.2 analyze the course of historical events in the Ukrainian lands as a basis for understanding of ethnopolitical processes; 2.3 understand the importance of socio-political, economic, cultural and religious factors in the formation of interethnic relations in Ukrainian lands; 2.4 to be guided in regional features of ethnopolitical processes in Ukraine.
Course content
Formation of the idea of ​​ethnopolitics as a phenomenon of public life and its reflection in the scientific field. Coverage of the history of origin and development ethnopolitical thought. Consideration of ethnopolitical processes in the Ukrainian lands in historical retrospective in chronological dimension, by analyzing patterns and trends in ethno-political processes in Ukraine since ancient times times to the present, and through the prism of the study of their regional specifics, due to the peculiarities of the historical development of individual lands. Detection features of the state ethno-national policy in independent Ukraine
