Learning outcomes
The student should know the current state of the field of radiophysics and electronics; basic theoretical information is mandatory and optional component of the educational program; based on research methods in the field of radiophysics and electronics. The student must be able to analyze the task and formulate a thorough answer.

The comprehensive exam in the specialty is completed at the final stage of training after studying the entire set of educational components of this educational program and is based on the results of their mastery.
Course content
The comprehensive exam in the specialty is a type of independent creative work of the applicant, performed by him at the last stage of training. The subject of the exam corresponds to current problems specialty "Applied physics and nanomaterials" and is oriented towards the goal of the educational and professional program "Radio physics and electronics", i.e., training a qualified specialist in applied physics in the field of radio physics and electronics, a research engineer.

The master's thesis is evaluated using a point-rating system for evaluating knowledge on a 100-point national scale.
