Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline is related to the educational disciplines "Theory of information transmission", "Nanoelectronics", "Nanostructural elements of radio electronic means", "Optimization of the design of radio electronic means", "Adaptive signal processing systems", "Comprehensive systems of information security", "Satellite information systems", "Information security and competitive intelligence in engineering" "Models and construction of information security systems", "Information support of information security systems"
Course content
Studying the discipline "Designing radio-electronic means of information security" allows you to understand the essence of the process of determining the requirements for information security means and their implementation during construction. General requirements for the organization of design and production of information security tools are considered; classification of information security tools and design features for different classes of tools; organizing and conducting state examination of protective equipment. Special attention is paid to the system approach to the design of information security tools. The procedure for ensuring special requirements, requirements for electromagnetic compatibility and special impact when designing technical, cryptographic means of information security is being studied; application of modeling methods of information security tools when determining requirements for functional purpose, developing a program and methodology for conducting qualification and state tests of information security tools, designing information security tools.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation: control is carried out according to the following principle. The academic semester has one meaningful module. After completing the relevant topics, a written modular test is conducted. To determine the level of achievement of learning outcomes, the results of writing a modular test are used. Mandatory for admission to the exam is writing a modular test with a score of at least 7 points and presenting a report at the seminar. Other forms of control are students' performance of independent and laboratory work. The form of the exam is written and oral. In total, you can get from 0 to 40 points for the exam. A condition for achieving a positive grade for a discipline is obtaining at least 60 points.
