Learning outcomes
Mastering the basic concepts of the methodology of experimental research with the aim of using them when choosing methods and algorithms for designing an automatic facility for a physical experiment, familiarization with the features of the architecture of the construction of automated systems for the accumulation and processing of experimental information, the basics of programming and debugging of automated experimental systems, the features of their use for the purpose obtaining reliable experimental results.

Course content
To learn to use automated means of measurement (measuring and recording devices, measuring systems), to determine the accuracy of measuring a physical quantity, to analyze the results of an experiment with the help of computer processing, to be able to design a physical installation (choose a measurement method, a general scheme, an algorithm of work), to present the results of experimental works in the form of reports, tables, graphs using computer tools.
