Have specialized knowledge acquired in the process of studying the general features of the creation, use of modern information technology in the activities of a lawyer, the elements of an integrated workplace of a lawyer. Know the rules for creating and using national, industry and corporate registers of information that is open and/or restricted. To know the features of creation, use of certain types of modern information technologies, in particular: technologies of distributed registers; artificial intelligence; technologies of "cloud computing" in law-making, law enforcement and law enforcement activities, critically comprehend legal issues related to their use. Collect, process and analyze a significant amount of information about the concepts, basic types and principles of information technology used in the activities of a lawyer.

External form

Know the concepts, features and basic criteria for the classification of information technology and systems used in the activities of a lawyer. To be able to use at the level of the developed consumer the most widespread in law enforcement activity information technologies and systems, to create with their use basic information objects: electronic projects of acts of law enforcement, registration records, etc. Know the basic technical patterns of operation of the most common technologies in the information society: artificial intelligence, "cloud" computing, distributed registry technology. Know the general procedure for implementing the National Informatization Program, the rights and responsibilities of the subjects of this state program. Know the general features of the application of the most common information technologies and systems in certain spheres of public life: public administration, health care, science and education, financial and banking activities.

The following issues are revealed in the study of the discipline according to the principle of architecture: 1) state policy in the field of informatization; 2) integrated workplace of a lawyer: concept, technological apparatus and functional purpose; 3) legal and technological features of information technologies, systems, information resources used in the activities of a lawyer; 4) legal and technological aspects of technology development for the needs of legal activities; 5) features of the use of technology in the administration of justice, the execution of court decisions; 6) features of the use of technology in the activities of a corporate lawyer. New knowledge will be gained on the basic requirements for the legal regime of legal informatics, as well as the practice of development and legal support of the most common information technologies.

The study of the discipline involves lectures and practical classes; express survey/testing/essay (abstract) on the proposed topic; modular test work; independent work of students in preparation for seminars; credit (exam).

Types of ongoing performance evaluation can be: solving practical cases, rapid surveys, reports, preparation of draft individual or regulations, modular tests, intermediate control. For the ongoing performance evaluation at the seminars, the following should be assessed: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in response, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, regular work in the classroom, the results of homework.
